The Vice President of Technology will work closely with executives, business teams, and external partners to build a scalable, secure, and efficient technology foundation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the company's technology function by combining strategic planning with direct involvement in day-to-day execution and issue resolution. Guide cross-functional technology projects from planning through implementation, removing obstacles and driving measurable business outcomes. Requirements 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in information technology, including senior-level responsibility for strategy and operations. Background leading technology within a small- to mid-sized organization where hands-on involvement was essential. Demonstrated success modernizing legacy environments and delivering enterprise-wide systems initiatives. Strong ability to communicate with executives, business users, technical teams, and external technology partners. Broad expertise in infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data management, and vendor oversight. Experience with large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or migration programs.
