As a Sales Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in retail operations and team leadership while learning directly from experienced professionals. This role is designed to prepare you for future advancement into a leadership position within our company. You will support initiatives for AT&T through face-to-face interactions with customers in a retail environment, helping to drive engagement and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand management practices, company operations, and industry standards.
• Assist in executing in-store promotions, and customer engagement strategies to support overall store performance and brand visibility.
• Support team members, help with scheduling, and contribute to training and development efforts.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service in store, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store organization.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and work well with a team.
• Ability to analyze sales data and operational metrics.
