Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic General Manager - Automotive to lead our automotive dealership operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will drive overall business performance, foster a dynamic team environment, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will shape the dealership's growth trajectory, optimize profitability, and uphold the highest standards of service excellence. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance market share, and improve overall profitability. Lead, motivate, and supervise dealership staff across all departments to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional development. Oversee daily operations including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction. Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across all areas of the dealership. Drive business development initiatives by cultivating relationships with customers, community partners, and industry stakeholders. Manage profit & loss statements by analyzing financial reports, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue streams. Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades, marketing campaigns, and new service offerings to support growth objectives. Qualifications Proven management experience within the automotive industry or a related field with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance improvement. Knowledge of sales processes, customer service standards, and industry best practices. Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
