Job Description

Job Summary Total Tool is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead divisional operations at our Castleton, NY location. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in sales and service management, team leadership, and financial performance in an automotive service center or similar environment . In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of operations, driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture. Your leadership will ensure the division meets its financial goals while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about management, and business development to make a significant impact within a long standing organization. Duties Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the division, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer relations. Supervise and mentor managers and team members to cultivate a motivated, high-performing workforce. Drive process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are achieved or exceeded. Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and build strong customer relationships. Requirements Proven management experience (8+ years) with a track record of leading teams in a fast-paced automotive service center or similar environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing profit & loss statements and overseeing business budgets Supervising experience with a focus on team development and performance management. Ability to drive sales growth through proven strategies and customer engagement.
