KIDSTRONG EAST ROCHESTER ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
About KidStrong KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids ages walking through 11 years old. Our science-based, coach-led programs help kids build Strong Minds, Strong Bodies, and Strong Character.
THE POSITION
This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our operation. You'll take ownership of sales performance and support daily operations. The Assistant General Manager will work with the General Manager to to help lead our team, grow our membership, and deliver an exceptional experience for kids and families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CENTER
OPERATIONS
Manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), Net Operating Income (NOI), direct customer feedback, net promoter scores, and center-level goals. Implements strategies to improve performance. Ensure center profitability and brand compliance Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families to align with our core values and provide exceptional customer service. Oversee center initiatives i.e. center maintenance, training, brand consistency, etc. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center The schedule includes a mix of weekdays/evenings/weekends Communicate any Coach schedule changes using appropriate scheduling and communication platforms. Schedule, promote, and sell KidStrong events, such as camps and parties, to maximize center profitability. SALES Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close Drive membership growth through strong execution and consistency Maintain flawless lead management by contacting new and existing leads in the Center's CRM tool. Responsible for sales, as well as delegating responsibilities to the center staff team, i.e. trial conversion, and event booking. Finalize sales and bookings that are generated through online self-sign-up flow. Source and attend local events to increase brand awareness and drive incremental leads and memberships.
LEADERSHIP
Foster a coaching culture - see something, say something. Continuously assess and document coaches based on the KidStrong Coach DNA profile and class quality. Partner with the General Manager on onboarding, managing, training, and evaluating coaching candidates. Manage and support the ongoing professional development of staff through online training. Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack and Email, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers. Attend weekly leadership meetings.
COACHING
