What You'll Do:

Partner with executive leadership to align priorities and drive accountability Lead crossdepartmental projects and operational initiatives Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into daily operations Support recruitment, compliance, and care coordination teams to scale efficiency Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth execution of company goals

What We're Looking For:
