Entry-Level Manager Trainee

Start your career in retail management with our Entry-Level Manager Trainee position. This paid training opportunity is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in retail sales, customer service, and store operations. In this role, you will represent telecommunications products and services, including wireless phone plans, mobile devices, and home internet solutions. You will work directly with customers inside a retail store environment, helping them choose services that fit their needs while building the skills required to advance into a leadership position. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Greet and assist customers in a retail store setting Present and explain wireless and internet products, including phone plans, devices, and service options Support customers with account setup, upgrades, and service changes Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving basic concerns Contribute to daily and weekly sales goals through product recommendations and customer interactions Learn and assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team support Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, product knowledge, and retail operations Work closely with store leadership to understand performance goals and business strategies What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Interest in leadership and career growth into management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic math skills for handling transactions and sales tracking Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual candidates are a plus Compensation & Growth Guaranteed pay weekly earnings (average $3,000-$6,000 per month) Paid weekly as a W-2 employee Structured training program with clear advancement opportunities into retail management Why Join Us?
