The Role As a Manager Trainee - We need managers in place for future openings and you aren't just looking up parts—you are a consultant to professional customers. You'll use advanced electronic catalogs and a hub-network to ensure shops get the right part the first time. You'll also learn how the operation runs while learning on the job
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level parts identification for automotive repair shops Utilize internal inventory systems to source hard-to-find components Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment Maintain a fast-paced, customer-first environment What You Bring to the Table At least 1 year of automotive parts experience (required) Familiarity with automotive systems and electronic parts catalogs Strong multitasking and communication skills Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screening Team-oriented mindset Benefits & Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Health, Vision, Dental, and Disability Insurance 401(k) plan Paid training and
