We are a family run business that honestly cares for our team members and customers. Our goal is customer service first, clean cars second. The ideal candidate will have a background in the retail industry and strong customer service skills. Leadership and team building qualities are a must! He or she must also possess a strong desire to use their experience to increase their skills and responsibilities and to motivate and coach their team members on a daily basis. General Manager Responsibilities and Duties Ensure customer satisfaction with every wash Grow the customer volume, driving sales and profitability for the wash Constantly recruit, hire, train and coach team members Maintenance of all wash equipment and tools Perform cash handling duties, including deposits, audits and reconciliations Monitor team member performance, inventory, and supplies Maintain accurate HR records and timekeeping reports Participate in weekly team calls Handle and resolve any customer issues or complaints that arise Delegate responsibilities to the assistant manager and all team members Assume responsibility for all profit and loss figures General Manager Required Skills 3+ years in a leadership position Team player Outstanding customer service capabilities and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in all weather conditions Ability to coach, train and motivate team members Basic computer skills Scheduling and controlling labor costs Some mechanical knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is a must Ability to work any hours including weekends and holidays in order to meet the needs of the business General Manager BeneBits Competitive pay Local and National advancement opportunities Relocation opportunities Free washes Quarterly and Annual bonuses Health care benefits Paid time off Ongoing training and development Fun work environment
