As the Administrator/Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational success of our community. Your key areas of focus will include: Fostering a
Culture of Quality Care:
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care and services in a comfortable and supportive environment. Engaging with Residents and the
Community:
Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the local community to enhance the Rivera experience.
Supporting and Developing Our Team:
Providing guidance and leadership to our dedicated staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
Ensuring Sound Financial Operations:
Overseeing the community's financial performance and ensuring responsible fiscal management.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred. A current and valid administrator license for the state in which the community operates, along with CPR certification, is required. A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in the senior living or healthcare industry. Demonstrated understanding of financial management principles and budget oversight. Sales, marketing & census/occupancy experience. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards in the operating state. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technologies (including electronic health record systems).
