Position Overview The Manager Trainee is a full-time, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a leadership role within Core Select. This role provides hands-on training across key areas of customer acquisition, performance development, and team leadership with the goal of promotion into a management position. Within the first 6-12 months, Manager Trainees may be promoted into branch manager roles (based on performance and available positions), which can lead to increased overall compensation as they take on expanded responsibilities and performance-based earning opportunities. Initial responsibilities are focused on customer-facing interactions, with leadership responsibilities introduced through training and development. Manager Trainees are expected to complete all assigned training modules and demonstrate consistent performance throughout the development program.
