Overview Core Select is seeking driven, professional candidates for our Entry Level Manager Trainee program—an opportunity designed to develop future leaders within a performance-based organization. This full-time position offers structured training, hands-on experience, and a defined pathway into leadership for individuals looking to build a long-term career. About Core Select Core Select is a customer acquisition and business development firm supporting established client brands through strategic retail partnerships. With continued expansion across multiple markets, our organization focuses on building high-performing teams, developing leaders internally, and scaling operations through structured systems and performance-driven growth. Position Overview The Manager Trainee is a full-time, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a leadership role within Core Select. This role provides hands-on training across key areas of customer acquisition, performance development, and team leadership with the goal of promotion into a management position. Within the first 6-12 months, Manager Trainees may be promoted into branch manager roles (based on performance and available positions), which can lead to increased overall compensation as they take on expanded responsibilities and performance-based earning opportunities. Initial responsibilities are focused on customer-facing interactions, with leadership responsibilities introduced through training and development. Manager Trainees are expected to complete all assigned training modules and demonstrate consistent performance throughout the development program.
