15-25 hours/week About Ahana Yoga Ahana Yoga is a boutique yoga studio in Miami's Design District known for its elevated member experience, warm hospitality, and high standard of professionalism. We're looking for a proactive, sales-driven Assistant Manager to support the Studio Manager and Studio Owner in overseeing weekend operations, team performance, and studio growth. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, wellness, retail, or boutique fitness and enjoys supporting both people and operations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with leadership to help guide the front desk team, support sales initiatives, and ensure an exceptional member experience across the studio. We're looking for someone who is confident in sales, naturally hospitable, highly dependable, and comfortable taking initiative while working within an established structure. Responsibilities Support the Studio Manager and Studio Owner with day-to-day studio operations and weekend oversight Assist in leading and motivating the front desk team to meet sales and service goals Help drive revenue through memberships, retreats, workshops, and retail sales Build strong relationships with members and convert trials/drop-ins into long-term members Provide a warm, elevated experience for all members and guests Assist with member questions, billing issues, and general studio support Help maintain studio cleanliness, merchandising, and overall ambiance Support studio events, workshops, retreats, and community partnerships Anticipate studio needs and step in proactively to support the team and member experience Qualifications 1-3 years of supervisory, sales, or team lead experience Experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or wellness preferred Mindbody experience strongly preferred Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Comfortable selling premium offerings with warmth and integrity Reliable, organized, proactive, and calm under pressure Comfortable taking direction while also working independently Weekend availability required (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) Flexible schedule preferred, including availability to support occasional events or studio needs outside standard hours Compensation & Perks $22/hour base pay Commission on memberships, retreats, and retail sales Complimentary studio membership Retail discounts Opportunity for growth within the studio and brand
