Role Description The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and optimizing internal processes to support the leadership team. This includes coordinating executive priorities, managing cross-departmental projects, and ensuring organizational alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, driving efficiency and collaboration across the company. This is a contract position based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time in a hybrid work model. Qualifications Organizational and Project Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively Strategic Planning and Analytical Thinking skills for overseeing complex initiatives and prioritizing business objectives Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and providing executive support Leadership and Decision-Making skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the executive team Proficiency in Business Tools and Software including project management platforms, presentation software, and data analysis tools Experience in media, technology, or investment banking industries is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
