Description Core Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Alignment:
Work with the executive team to define company objectives, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure cross-functional projects stay on schedule.
Executive Support & Gatekeeping:
Act as a thought partner to prioritize decisions, manage the executive's calendar, and ensure their time is spent on high-impact engagements.
Communications & Stakeholder Liaison:
Bridge the gap between leadership and the rest of the organization by drafting speeches, newsletters, and pitch decks, and screening and routing internal/external requests.
Operations & Problem Solving:
Oversee special projects, identify and assess risks, and streamline internal operations to improve team productivity.
Meeting & Decision Management:
Prepare briefs and agendas for meetings, synthesize notes, and track the completion of actionable follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Typically 5-10+ years in management, operations, or strategic roles
Strategic Thinking:
High-level, in-depth analytical skills to solve complex problems and inform business decisions.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and represent the executive.
Relationship Building:
Ability to navigate company politics, influence outcomes, and build trust at all levels of the organization.
Organizational Agility:
Highly flexible with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Well established national company Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $81.25/hr.
