Chief of Staff Palmetto Pain Management, LLC Columbia, SC Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Research Full Job Description As Chief of Staff to the CEO at Palmetto Pain Management, you'll work side by side with leadership on everything from clinic operations to daily logistics—tthe person who makes the hard days manageable, the busy days smooth, and the CEO's priorities actually happen. You'll work across every corner of the business, from clinic operations to compliance to personal logistics, and you'll do it with warmth, precision, and a genuine love of a full plate. This is not a job for someone who needs their days to look the same twice. If you're the kind of person who loves a spreadsheet, color-coded checklist, organization, genuinely enjoys helping people, and can pivot from reviewing a compliance form to picking up a prescription to onboarding a new hire—all before lunch—this role was written for you. What You'll Do Executive & Communication Support Serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO—managing communications, drafting correspondence, and ensuring follow-through on priorities Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items to completion Conduct research and light analysis to support decision-making Handle scheduling, calendar management, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders, especially the COO and our Clinical Leadership team Operations & Compliance Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring processes and records stay current and audit-ready Support dispensing operations, including medication tracking and documentation Support hiring efforts: coordinating interviews, tracking candidates, and making the process seamless for both candidates and leadership Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from start to finish—paperwork, systems access, scheduling, and more Clinic & Team Support Jump in at the front desk when coverage is needed — check-ins, phones, patient flow Print, copy, scan, and organize documents for clinical and administrative staff Stock and organize office and break room supplies Help set up and break down team meetings or events Help coordinate vendor and facilities needs — flagging issues, following up on repairs, and making sure the right people are looped in when something breaks or needs attention.
