Duties Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to grow the business, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and supervise all departments to ensure seamless operations, including sales, logistics, customer service, and inventory management. Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting processes, and financial reporting to maintain fiscal health and achieve revenue targets. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to expand business development opportunities. Business development expertise with a focus on expanding market reach and increasing revenue streams.
