This position reports to the COO located at the Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our thriving event rental enterprise. Your leadership will ensure the company's profitability, operational excellence, and continued expansion within the vibrant event industry. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to grow the business, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and supervise all departments to ensure seamless operations, including sales, logistics, customer service, and inventory management. Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting processes, and financial reporting to maintain fiscal health and achieve revenue targets. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to expand business development opportunities. Implement process improvements to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery efficiency. Manage project timelines for large-scale events, ensuring all logistical elements are coordinated effectively from planning through execution. Maintain general oversight and ensure accuracy of records including A/R, A/P, Inventory, etc. Experience Proven management experience within the event rental or related industry with a track record of leading successful teams. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable objectives. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Business development expertise with a focus on expanding market reach and increasing revenue streams. Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
