This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, foster team development, and implement innovative business strategies to maximize profitability across all units. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for management, a keen eye for process improvement, and a proven track record in business development. As a key driver of success, you will inspire teams, optimize sales performance, and ensure each location delivers exceptional customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and success of multiple units while maintaining high standards of leadership and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage Two locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve operational processes, and enhance customer satisfaction Oversee profit and loss statements for each unit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded Supervise store managers and team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing workforce Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency across all locations Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement Coordinate project management efforts for new store openings or renovations, ensuring timely execution within budget constraints Experience Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising multiple units or locations Demonstrated success in strategic planning, sales growth, and business development Extensive experience in profit & loss management and financial analysis Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Experience in process improvement initiatives and project management is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders Prior experience in retail or service-based industries is preferred but not required Join us as a Multi-Unit General Manager where your leadership will make a tangible impact!
