Leadership Must display integrity and accountability in all interactions. Promote a culture of teamwork and process improvement. Operational Develop and manage a team of leaders and daily operations with best practices and communication. Facilitate documentation processes, and leadership fundamentals. Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations, licensing standards, and company policies. All other duties as assigned. Financial Meet or exceed budget. Manage departmental costs. Human Resources -Recruit, hire, train and retain talent. Oversee orientations, and in-services to create progressive staff development. Hold staff accountable including both recognition and corrective programs. Compliance & Safety Practice infection control. Foster readiness for emergencies through regular drills and training.
