Manager Trainee Operations Leadership Program

Action HR Consulting is currently supporting a growing car wash operation in the Travelers Rest area in hiring a Manager Trainee . This role is designed for individuals who are ready to step into leadership and want hands-on training across all aspects of site operations. Position Overview In this role, you will train alongside experienced leaders to gain a full understanding of daily operations, team leadership, and business performance. You'll gradually take on more responsibility as you prepare for a future management position. Key Responsibilities Learn all operational functions of the car wash, from customer service to site management Partner with leadership to understand team supervision, scheduling, and performance expectations Assist with onboarding and training new team members Provide support in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards Address customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner Help drive membership growth for the Unlimited Wash Club program Support monitoring of equipment, supplies, and overall site condition Reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Contribute to a positive, motivated, and team-focused work environment Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks as needed Schedule Expectations Business operates 7 days per week (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM) Flexible availability required Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation $16-$18 per hour (based on experience) What You Bring Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a customer service environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Mechanical aptitude is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Physical & Work Environment Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (8+ hours) Frequent bending, lifting, and movement required Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Why This Role?
