Job Responsibilities:

Collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents Collections of delinquent accounts Posting income and deposits Inspection of apartment homes after move-out Sales and customer service with current and prospective residents; leasing apartments Office management and support

Required Qualifications:

Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing. Apartment software experience is a bonus. Valid I.D. Required Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required. Bilingual candidates are always in high demand. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
