Position:

Your main responsibility as an General Manager will be to run store operations and provide leadership, accountability, and training to our team as well as oversee ordering, budgeting, and scheduling.

Job responsibilities include:

Ensure service standards are followed and guest satisfaction remains highLead, motivate, train and educate all personnel in our policies and proceduresEnsure proper coverage for each shiftEducate FOH personnel in product awareness and cultivate long-term service knowledgeOversee ordering, scheduling, budgeting, and other admin dutiesManage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance Work closely and help to continually develop the skills of all management Foster a culture of respect and open communicationWe are looking for someone who:

Strong communication skillsUpholds high workplace standardsHigh level of organization and follow throughWarm, positive attitudeHas 2-4 years of management experience in the service industry

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $65,000 - $75,000 a year, as well as a performance based bonus program.
