Job Summary:

The General Manager will lead overall operations for a design-focused logistics company, with full responsibility for profit and loss performance, operational execution, and team leadership. This role oversees daily logistics, warehousing, transportation, white-glove delivery, and specialty installation services while ensuring a high-touch client experience for luxury residential projects. The position requires strong leadership, operational strategy, and relationship management skills to drive efficiency, service excellence, and profitability while working closely with interior designers, architects, vendors, and high-end residential clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations with full P&L accountability Oversee logistics, warehousing, transportation, and white-glove delivery services Manage and develop operations, installation, and administrative teams Coordinate specialty installation projects including art, furnishings, and custom design elements Oversee luxury residential relocation services to ensure seamless, high-end client experiences Partner with interior designers, architects, and luxury residential clients to deliver exceptional service Implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, safety, and profitability Maintain strong relationships with vendors, designers, and high-end clientele Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Director, or similar leadership role Experience in interior design logistics, white-glove delivery, specialty installation, or luxury relocation services Demonstrated experience managing P&L and operational performance Strong operational, financial, and organizational management skills Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills Experience working with high-end residential or design industry clients preferred About the
