Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Summary:
The President of Maintenance is charged with formulating the maintenance department's strategic planning to achieve the objectives set forth by the executive team with the goal of maximizing return and minimizing risk. The President of Maintenance is responsible for the overall performance of all maintenance branches.
Essential Function:
Develop long term and short-term strategic goals for each Irrigation, Maintenance and Enhancement (IME) branch and IME department as a whole. Establish goals, priorities and objectives for business development and increasing market share of each branch. Measure performance of each branch against set goals and create a culture of accountability. In collaboration with accounting and human resource departments, establish companywide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations. In collaboration with HR Department, create next generation of talent in branch management, project management, leadership, and communication skills. Provide mentorship and development to maintenance team members in various methods and techniques that will enhance the team and company performance. Responsible for overall department's profit and loss statement. Clearly communicates the status of maintenance department and outlook to ownership. Serve on the company's Executive Team. Cultivate culture that aligns with the company's core values and mission statement. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Superior analytical skills with extreme attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong networking and effective communication skills to build client-centric and team collaboration. Technical Capacity to include MS Office applications and project related software. Initiative Vast industry knowledge.
Education and Experience:
Five years or more of related experience required. Industry related certifications and licenses preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, used hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Able to travel as needed.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Oversees the operations of the Maintenance department.
Includes Vice President of Maintenance Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment as well as various maintenance job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
