Sessions available at $15. Key Responsibilities Support daily club operations, member experience, and team performance. Partner with the General Manager to learn all aspects of running a high-performing club. Develop leadership skills through hands-on coaching of front-line staff and department teams. Assist in driving sales, membership growth, and personal training performance. Prepare to take on full General Manager responsibilities through structured development and training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a fitness, retail, or service-based environment preferred. Strong interest in growing into a General Manager role. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Results-driven with a focus on sales, service, and operations. Compensation Overview Hourly base pay of $15 with opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on personal sales, including memberships, personal training, and retail products. Bi-weekly bonuses based on total units sold and individual performance. Monthly bonus opportunities tied to overall club performance. Additional incentives are based on key metrics like membership growth, total revenue, ACH/EFT performance, net joins, personal training revenue, and operational excellence.
