$125,000-$175,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives + Comprehensive Benefits About the Opportunit y We are seeking a General Manager to lead a well-established industrial business serving customers throughout North America. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, developing leaders, improving accountability, and ensuring the organization continues to deliver exceptional results for its customer s.

The General Manager will oversee multiple functional areas of the business and serve as the key leader responsible for translating company objectives into measurable operational and financial outcomes. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellenc e. The R ole The General Manager will have responsibility for the overall performance of the business, including operations, supply chain, customer support, quality, safety, and administrative functions. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization achieves its growth, profitability, and operational go als.

Success in this role requires a leader who can build strong teams, establish clear expectations, drive performance, and create systems that support scalable gro wth.

Key Responsibili ties Operational Leade rship Lead and coordinate day-to-day business operations across multiple functional depart ments.

Establish performance metrics and accountability systems to drive re sults.

Identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solu tions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfa ction.

Ensure organizational resources are aligned with business priorities and objec tives. Financial Perf ormance Own operational performance and contribute to overall profitability obj ectives.

Partner with finance and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource p lanning.

Monitor key business metrics and implement corrective actions when ne cessary.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance margins. Leadership & Team De velopmentLead, mentor, and develop department managers and sup ervisors.

Build a culture centered on accountability, communication, ownership, and e xecution.

Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.

Conduct regular performance discussions and provide coaching to team members. Customer ExperienceEnsure operational capabilities consistently support customer co mmitments.

Partner with commercial leadership to align resources with business growth in itiatives.

Support the resolution of escalated customer issues and implement long-term correctiv e actions.

Promote a customer-focused culture throughout the org anization. Safety, Quality & ComplianceChampion a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational discipline.

Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable r egulations.

Support quality initiatives that improve consistency, reliability, and customer sa tisfaction.

Drive operational excellence through standardization and process discipline. Systems & Continuous ImprovementUtilize business systems and operational data to support informed deci sion-making.

Develop reporting structures that provide visibility into organizational performance.

Lead process improvement initiatives that support scalability and growth.Drive organizational change and operational transformation efforts when needed. Q ualifica tions RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and profession al experience.7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, industrial services, distribution, or relat ed industries.

Proven experience leading multiple departments and managing through other leaders.

Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to understand operational drivers of profitability.

Demonstrated success improving processes, building teams, and driving measu rable results.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solv ing abilities.

Experience utilizing ERP systems and operational re porting t ools. PreferredMBA or advanced b usiness degree.

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improv ement training.

Experience leading organizations through growth, transformation, or operational improveme nt initi atives.
