Job Description:

This isn't your average entry-level role. As a B2B Campaign Management trainee , you'll enter a structured leadership development program designed to take you from the ground floor to management—fast. You'll start by mastering B2B sales and marketing , then quickly level up into team leadership , territory management and strategy . The more you grow, the more responsibility (and opportunity) you earn.

Responsibilities :

Execute B2B sales & marketing campaigns with local DFW businesses in the SMB division Build and grow client accounts through relationships, referrals, and upselling Coordinate team initiatives and contribute to a winning team environment Manage territories, conduct market research , and market expansion Track performance metrics and help drive team results through strategic coaching Train in leadership and mentor newer team members Work alongside leadership on growth strategy and execution
