opportunity for a Digital Assets focused Branch Bank President to join a rapidly expanding Texas based bank and work in their Dallas office. This role requires a strong network in the Dallas market and will have experience working for banks in the $15-30 million revenue range. This Dallas Market President role puts you at the forefront of the Dallas market—leading lending growth, managing client relationships, and guiding local banking operations to achieve performance goals. You'll have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact. This role will specifically focus on digital assets, cryptocurrency, etc. As a Market President you will:

• Lead the growth and strategic direction of the market, driving business development, community presence, and overall market performance
• Serve as the face of the bank within the community, building strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and local organizations
• Work within a long-standing bank that is deep-rooted in culture and community involvement

Required Skills:

10+ years of banking experience in Dallas Experience working for banks $15million+ in revenue Strong digital assets background Entrepreneurial spirit
