Lead the Standard. Absolute Recomp is developing the next generation of club leaders through our General Manager in Training (GMIT) Program . This role is designed for ambitious, high-performing individuals ready to learn every aspect of running a successful club, from team leadership and operational execution to sales performance and member experience. You'll train directly with company leadership and experienced General Managers while preparing for placement into a General Manager role.
