General Manager- Rooster Ridge Car Care (Houston, TX) Full-time | On-site | $60,000
- 75,000 base + performance bonus Lead a business, not just a shop. Rooster Ridge Car Care is part of SRS & Co., a growing multi-location automotive group that's investing in its people and its technology

We're hiring a General Manager to own one of our Houston locations, and we're doing it differently: We don't require automotive experience. We require leadership. What You'll Own The full performance of the shop: team, customer experience, and P&L Coaching and developing service advisors and technicians into a high-performing team Sales growth, customer retention, and our reputation in the community Daily operations

- the automotive industry is learnable; great leadership is rare Automotive or multi-unit experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric or similar) is a bonus. What We Offer $60,000

The Details Location:
