22 Job Overview ASAP Personnel is the most respected staffing provider in the apartment industry across Texas. We provide a full range of services including Property Management, Maintenance, and Support roles, operating exclusively within Texas' major markets. We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to support daily property operations and resident relations. Key Responsibilities Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs Manage resident relations, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns Analyze weekly leasing reports and assist with forecasting occupancy trends Support the development and tracking of marketing strategies, advertising, and promotions Manage rent collections, late notices, and rent postings Review and inspect vacant units, make-ready apartments, and model units Conduct regular property inspections for policy compliance, needed repairs, and landscaping standards Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall property operations Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in an organized manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Team-oriented mindset with leadership and problem-solving abilities Requirements Valid Driver's License Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Ability to tour the community with prospects, including walking the property and climbing stairs Why Work With ASAP Personnel Competitive pay Consistent work opportunities across Texas Room for growth within the apartment industry Professional and supportive team environment #INDARL #EP
