As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven, passionate Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new hospice location while serving your community with excellence. This is a unique opportunity to create your own team, develop strong community partnerships, and lead a hospice program that truly makes a difference in the lives of patients and families during one of life's most important journeys. As Executive Director, you will oversee the overall management, growth, and success of your location, ensuring high-quality patient care, strong operational processes, and meaningful community relationships. Our interdisciplinary team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Physicians works together to provide comfort, dignity, and support wherever patients call home. We are locally owned and operated, allowing us to deliver compassionate care quickly and personally.
What You'll Do:
Build, lead, and develop your hospice team. Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners. Conduct community outreach and educational presentations about hospice services. Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and expectations. Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care. Oversee daily operations, compliance, and quality standards. Monitor community perception and maintain strong customer relationships. Support hiring, training, and development of staff. Drive business development and sustainable growth for your location.What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience developing referral networks and growing census. Knowledge of hospice regulations and operations preferred. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Passion for compassionate end-of-life care.What We Offer:
