Salary:
$60,000•$65,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities The Electric Cowboy is a chain of country nightclubs known for creating unforgettable nights through great hospitality, country music, Top 40 dance music, and a high-energy atmosphere. We are currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing leader to serve as General Manager of our Lewisville, Texas location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and has the personality to help drive the party while leading a successful business.

Position Responsibilities:
Ensure an outstanding guest experience Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff Oversee entertainment and special events Drive local marketing and community engagement Manage inventory and cost controls Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness Handle basic accounting, cash management, and reporting Maintain a fun, energetic, and professional atmosphere Achieve sales and profitability goals If you enjoy leading people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a high-energy nightlife environment, we'd love to hear from you.
