Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct wireless sales and assist customers with their wireless needs
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Manage and lead a team of sales associates
• Interview and hire new team members
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products as needed
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in wireless sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals
• Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions on pricing and buying strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
