In this pivotal role, you will support the overall management of the center, ensuring seamless daily operations, outstanding customer service, and a motivated team. Your leadership will inspire staff to achieve sales goals, maintain pace, and uphold our high standards of quality and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a tangible impact on our business success. Our goal is to enhance the motorsports community. To give anyone a place to experience and thrive within a quickly growing segment. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations, including sales, customer service, race management, and staff scheduling. Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to foster a positive work environment. Manage employee orientation programs and participate in interviewing prospective staff to build a strong team. Handle , pricing strategies, growing the experience Ensure accurate cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system operation, payroll processing, and bookkeeping activities. Supervise store cleanliness, organization, processes to maximize efficiency. Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales performance. Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers by demonstrating professional phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills. Oversee shift management duties including , and ensuring compliance with company policies. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to budget guidelines. Be able to identify what our guests want out of the experience. Beat the clock, race friends, blow off some steam, become a sim racer, ​become a professional racecar driver. Our guests deserve our patience as sim racing is fairly new and we want them to have the best experience possible and keep coming back. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, recruiting, employee orientation, interviewing, training & development. Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management. Proficiency with POS systems, bookkeeping software, and wireless sales technology. Experience with iRacing or other top sim racing software. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various tasks. Ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service; previous assistant manager experience is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork, conflict resolution, and employee development.
