About the Management Development Program We're looking for bright, driven recent college graduates to join our 12-18 month Accelerated Management Development Program in the automotive dealer services industry. The goal of this program is to develop our future business leaders and prepare you to manage multi-site operations and teams as we continue our growth across the country. As a Management Trainee , you will: Learn every aspect of our business and what makes us one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive dealer services companies in the U.S. Build a strong foundation to lead and develop store managers , who are the "face of the company" to more than 900 automotive dealerships across 30 states. Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your decisions and leadership directly impact results. Education :

Bachelor's degree (Business or related field preferred) Academic performance : Minimum 3.0 cumulative undergraduate

Skills :
