Job Description:
We have a wonderful opportunity for a Division President / Market Leader to join one of our high-growth, expanding, and innovative Residential New Home Builder clients in the San Antonio, TX (Texas) market. 10+ total years total experience from within the homebuilding space related to operations, production, construction, land, or sales required. Exposure to a high-volume homebuilding environment desired. Management experience within or across these sectors in supervising, coaching, and developing team members/leaders is key. Prior P&L responsibility a must. Great opportunity for the current General or Division Manager/President looking for a new challenge OR the current Director/Vice President of Land, Sales, Operations, etc. aspiring for additional responsibility based on demonstrated performance in the residential homebuilding industry. Relocation candidates considered only with prior experience/exposure to the San Antonio market. This is not an all encompassing job description.
