Requirements:
✅ 2-3+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably ranking in the top 5 percent of the marketplace ✅ Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) ✅ A passion for coaching, consulting, and helping others achieve success What will you do? - Proactively prospect, attract, engage and recruit productive associates with market share through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW & GO tools, technology, and solutions.
- Consistently meet standards for appointments set, held, and gross hires each month, with a strong emphasis on high conversion rates that lead to consistent positive net agent growth for the Market Center.
- Consult with top 20% producers within the Market Center to drive increased productivity and profitability, helping them scale their business effectively and grow the lid of the Market Center thereby retaining top talent and attracting new talent. You will also…
- Lead, support, and set clear expectations alongside the Director of Operations for the Market Center team, defining goals and activities through implementation of a Market Center GPS that is in alignment with the Market Center Vision and hold regular accountability sessions to drive performance and alignment to meeting those goals.
- Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates' needs for ongoing skill development and growth.
- Effectively communicate and reinforce Keller Williams' and the GO Networks' unique value propositions, aligning it with associates' business goals and growth opportunities.
- Oversee and actively develop the Associate Leadership Council (ALC), driving increased productivity, profitability, and leadership engagement.
- Analyze market competition and implement business prospecting and marketing strategies in partnership with the Operating Principal and General Manager to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure Market Center profitability by maintaining tight fiscal oversight alongside the Director of Operations and General Manager, managing operating expenses effectively, and driving programs that assist agents with getting into production.
- Champion, protect, and actively promote Keller Williams' culture, ensuring it remains a core foundation of the Market Center.
- Lead high-energy sales and business meetings to inspire, educate, and drive results among associates.
- Have regular accountability sessions with the General Manager to ensure all aspects of Market Center growth, productivity and goals are being met.
