Shop Foreman

Egan Automotive is looking for a proven, high-level Shop Foreman to lead from the front—both as a technician and as a leader. This role is built for a top-performing A-Level technician who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to elevate the performance of an entire team. You will be expected to produce at a high level while driving shop standards in culture, quality, efficiency, and consistency. Candidates must be ASE Master Certified with a minimum of 5+ years of experience and demonstrate confidence working across a wide range of vehicles, including diesel and European platforms. This position demands strong diagnostic ability, leadership presence, and a commitment to accountability. If you are not currently operating at a high level, this will not be the right fit.
