This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys developing and coaching a team, and is eager to grow into a long-term leadership role within our company. Training will take place at our Sugar House location. Upon successful completion of training, you will be placed at a location within the district based on current availability. Why Join Us? What You'll Do:
Sales & Customer Experience Lead the sales floor, ensuring smooth store operations and a positive work environment Deliver exceptional customer service and create an engaging shopping experience Assist in executing marketing efforts, promotions, and social media content Inventory & Merchandising Manage inventory, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely management of seasonal merchandise Oversee backstocking, markdowns, and product rotation to keep the sales floor full of fresh product Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising Team Leadership & Training Train and mentor sales associates Support leadership in hiring, performance coaching, and employee development Store Operations Help manage daily store functions, including opening and closing duties Maintain loss prevention standards and ensure store security Uphold compliance meeting franchise standards
Who We're Looking For:
Retail leadership experience preferred (but we'll train motivated individuals) Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Passionate about fashion trends and knowledgeable about top brands Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, and leading by example Self-motivated individuals Understand tasks prioritization and delegation Customer focused: offering exceptional customer service
Work Schedule & Expectations:
