Storage Facility & U-Haul Truck Rental Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our self-storage facility and U-Haul truck rental location. This role involves assisting customers, managing rentals, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with storage unit rentals and U-Haul trucks, trailers, and moving equipment Process rental agreements, payments, and returns Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone Support daily facility operations and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and inventory for storage units and rental equipment Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness and security Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Customer service or retail experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license preferred
