We are searching for a results-driven, entrepreneurial, high integrity leader for our Property Management division. This person will report directly to ownership and collaborate with the team. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership role. The role encompasses the following responsibilities: Collaborate and Manage the day-to-day operations of the business which includes but is not limited to the functions below:
- P&L responsibility for R. Fralin & Associates and related landlords
- Drive occupancy and rent growth with dynamic market-based pricing and a systemic lease renewal process.
- Manage timely and accurate lead qualification, application processing and lease writing.
- Ensure online marketing platforms, market surveys and other marketing initiatives are accurate and effective.
- Provide timely and accurate customer and internal communication throughout the leasing experience.
- With the team, lead the management of maintenance technicians and subcontractor base efficiently and effectively.
- Improve turnaround time in work order and unit turnover completion.
- Collaborate with the collections team to deliver systemic and timely late notices, security deposit reconciliations, court filings and collections from active and former tenants.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. - Industry experience preferred but not required.
- Compensation range is inclusive of incentive compensation tied to business results.
