OPTIMAL PLAYBOOK ARCHITECT

Monitor plumbers/trainee's adherence to using the optimal playbook weekly Determine how ServiceTitan can help us equip the plumbers to follow the process on each call, including a completed Plumbing Performance Plan (PPP form) and unique "thank you" note to each client post call Verify invoices have "could, should, must" options tied to the price book Maintain huddles, audits, after‑action reviews that make performance more predictable 3.
