Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales, service and rental operations - both in Reedsville and West De Pere locations. The position is designed to have P&L responsibility for the entire business with success measured via customer satisfaction and overall business profitability.
Responsibilities:
General Management Establish and document key operating processes Ensure key accounting processes and procedures are established and followed to facilitate an orderly month end close process Leverage support infrastructure at Dorsch Ford when questions or issues arise Train and develop department managers via regular team-based formal training and informal 1:1 coaching Sales Management Oversee inventory planning, acquisition, merchandising and pricing (online and in person) Work with both locations to grow sales to 1000 combined units per year Service Management Increase department capacity through recruitment and training of additional technicians as well as advisors and parts personnel as necessary Standardize parts and service processes to maximize customer experience and minimize downtime Lead and manage the Parts and Service Departments in a profitable fashion Rental Management Partner with Rental and Logistics managers to ensure consistent rental utilization of 80%+ during busy season while efficiently transporting cars to key events Ensure compliance with key DOT regulations and sufficient CDL drivers Actively recruit, maintain and grow key event and location-based rentals Business Goals Assist in growing the business to $15M in annual sales and $5M in annualized EBITDA Help design, open and scale new Reedsville headquarters
