Bachelor of Business Administration Job Description Role Summary The Senior Director, Commercialization & GoToMarket is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining and driving the financial institution commercialization strategy for Payment Networks portfolio with a focus on domestic debit networks. This role serves as the foremost market expert and relationship owner with banks, credit unions, and fintech issuers - shaping how our products are positioned, adopted, and scaled across the issuing landscape. Operating within a highly matrixed organization, this leader partners closely with Sales, Product, and Commercial Leadership to enable issuer growth, expand issuance, and support increased transaction volume tied to our domestic debit networks. Key Responsibilities Issuer Commercialization & GTM Strategy Define and own the issuerside gotomarket strategy for domestic debit products Shape issuerfocused value propositions highlighting debit issuance, loyalty enablement, and Smart Basket, in concert with the broad suite of FIS products Develop commercial positioning, adoption frameworks, and use cases that support scalable issuer participation growth Market Expertise & Relationship Leadership Act as FIS's foremost market expert on prepaid debit, alternative debit classifications, and issuerlevel financial services constructs Build and maintain seniorlevel relationships with banks, credit unions, and fintech issuers Serve as a trusted advisor and relationship opener, establishing executive credibility and access for broader commercial teams Sales Enablement & Deal Support Partner with Sales in earlystage issuer conversations to frame product strategy within broader debit, prepaid, and loyalty initiatives Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on commercial structure, issuer economics, and ecosystem alignment without serving as a quotacarrying role Product & Market Feedback Loop Translate issuer feedback, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics into actionable input for Product Management Influence roadmap priorities by aligning issuer demand with business focus and growth objectives Ensure capabilities are clearly defined, commercially viable, and positioned for issuer adoption CrossFunctional Leadership Operate effectively in a matrixed environment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance Help establish best practices for issuer commercialization, market education, and ecosystem engagement Contribute to a cohesive, aligned commercial strategy across the Payment Networks Portfolio Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in network payments, prepaid, debit, issuer services, or financial services commercialization Deep understanding of debit issuance and issuer economics Proven experience engaging banks, credit unions, and fintech issuers at a senior level Strong market credibility with the ability to operate as a trusted expert and strategic partner Experience enabling and supporting sales organizations within a matrixed, enterprise environment, influencing GTM strategy, commercialization models, and issuer adoption Executivelevel communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial services concepts into clear commercial value Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
