Job Description:
General Manager Bowling Green Lane, Green Bay WI Looking for a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Green Bay, Wisconsin facility. This leader will drive excellence across production, engineering, workforce development, and customer operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, durable sewn products for industrial, medical, OEM, and defense customers. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented, hands-on operator with a passion for manufacturing, continuous improvement, and team development. Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations Proven leadership experience in plant, production, or operations management roles Strong knowledge of assembly-based manufacturing processes preferred Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor managers, and build a strong operational culture Solid understanding of quality systems Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, collaborative leadership approach The General Manager is responsible for driving performance across key operational and business metrics, including efficiency, revenue oversight, quality, safety, innovation, customer satisfaction, and vendor relationships.
