What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead daily operations while creating a clean, safe, and positive experience for every customer.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Site Manager in all aspects of operating the car wash Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and providing outstanding customer service Increasing membership sales and assisting customers with memberships and account questions Handling customer concerns, complaints, and compliments in a professional and positive manner Monitoring chemical and soap usage, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring proper operation Performing preventive maintenance, light repairs, and troubleshooting equipment issues (training provided) Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the site, including bays, vacuums, and grounds Training, coaching, and supervising Customer Service Attendants to support team success Ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed Assisting with scheduling, inventory orders, reports, cash handling, and other management duties as needed Supporting operations at other locations within the region when required What We're Looking For A great attitude and commitment to excellent customer service Dependable and responsible team players Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the day Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
