Job Description The Grants & Programs Coordinator is responsible for supporting the growth, compliance, and long-term sustainability of mission programs at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas. This role coordinates grant-related activities, tracks program data and outcomes, and assists with financial and performance reporting to ensure grant-funded initiatives are implemented effectively and documented accurately. Working in partnership with program leadership, development, finance, and external stakeholders, the coordinator helps manage the grant lifecycle from proposal preparation through final reporting for initiatives including workforce training, education pathways, employment services, career navigation, and wraparound supports. Reporting directly to the Director of Development and Community Engagement, this position is essential to ensuring compliance with awarded grants and demonstrating measurable impact across Goodwill's workforce development programs. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, attention to detail, and data management skills, with experience in CaseWorthy or a similar case management system strongly preferred. This role is expected to model and uphold Goodwill's Amazing Customer Experience (ACE) culture, values, and mission in all work and interactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of grant applications, proposals, and supporting documentation. Maintain an internal grants calendar to track proposal deadlines, reporting requirements, and compliance milestones. Coordinate with program and finance teams to gather documentation, outcomes, and financial information needed for grant submissions and reports. Compile and maintain organized records of grant agreements, deliverables, reporting schedules, and compliance requirements. Support grant reporting by collecting, organizing, and summarizing program outcomes, participant data, and financial information. Track participant data and program outcomes across workforce development, training, education, sustainability, and employment programs. Utilize CaseWorthy or similar case management systems to collect, manage, and report participant and program data. Assist in preparing dashboards, impact reports, program summaries, and presentation materials for the Director of Development & Community Engagement Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across grant reporting, performance tracking, and program documentation. Support the Director of Development and Community Engagement with foundation-related initiatives, including donor stewardship, grant pipeline coordination, prospect research, and other development activities as needed QualificationsQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
