Shift:
Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri Lead and grow our Maternal Child Health program that supports families from pregnancy through childhood; guiding a passionate team dedicated to improving community health and care outcomes.
Salary:
$104,200 - $130,000 full time annual salary. •Higher compensation may be available for direct, relatable experience•
Benefit Highlights:

Duties:
Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the Maternal Child Health program, including program development, community partnerships, and grant oversight. Supervise and support the MCH team through coaching, training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Monitor program outcomes, patient engagement, and key metrics to improve prenatal and pediatric health services and overall program success. Coordinate integrated, whole-person care by partnering with internal departments and external providers to support prenatal and pediatric patients. Oversee patient education, outreach, and referral processes to ensure families receive culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and access to needed resources.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or University; or equivalent combination of education and experience. RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California. Two years of experience in healthcare or education related program or department. 2+ years of experiencing supervising staff and leading a team. Familiarity with grant funded program and grant application processes. Computer proficiency in a variety of applications and programs including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Electronic Health Records. Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
