This Long-term Contract position focuses on overseeing grant activity from intake through final documentation while maintaining strong compliance standards, accurate records, and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking, sound judgment, and process improvement skills to help ensure grant operations run efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of routine and complex grants from initial review through final closeout, ensuring each transaction is processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Evaluate grant requests for compliance by reviewing recipient eligibility, intended use of funds, and required supporting documentation in line with organizational policy and regulatory expectations.
  • Refine grant workflows by identifying inefficiencies, reducing avoidable rework, and strengthening operational controls that improve turnaround time and service quality.

  • Work across departments to align grant operations with service expectations, governance standards, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted point of escalation for sensitive or time-critical grant matters, balancing policy requirements, stakeholder relationships, and organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to additional grant operations activities and special assignments as business needs evolve.
