ARF House Manager 3+yrs EXP REQ

Looking for motivated, reliable AND experienced responsible individual to manage day to day operation and supervise employees in an established licensed ARF group home. Will be required to stay current on DSP trainings, CPR, 1st AID, med training, and other training as needed, as well as maintain clean driving record and cleared DOJ clearance. Our new manager will need to be driven, able to manage interpersonal relationships, adhere to injury and illness protocols, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, be able to resolve issues and redirect escalating behaviors. Creativity and cost efficient mindset are key, and previous experience changing locations or opening a facility are a plus.
